Leadership Coaching

During a customized 6 months focused on the unique situation, strengths, and challenges of the coachee, we will create measurable results.
Process
- We all meet to clarify what’s working and what’s not to create a shared picture of the future
- Applicable data is gathered by the coach through talking with peers and assessments.
- Bi- weekly virtual coaching calls accompanied by a weekly reflection exercise
- Conversations between you, coach, and coachee as needed/desired. Scheduled midpoint and end-of-engagement meetings to review progress on goals, behavior shifts to pay attention to, recalibrate, and celebrate wins.
Team
Coaching

Process
- Individual interviews with each member of the team
- Observation period of the team in action.
- CWI creates a customized process typically ranging from several weeks to six months. This work can be done in-person, virtually, or using a hybrid approach.
Elements of a successful process may involve one-on-one coaching and facilitated team coaching around specific issues such as trust, accountability, diversity, and conflict, collective learning.
Developmental Feedback & Action Planning
How do I help my employees see their blind spots? Why don't my employees trust their unique strength and use it more often? I have a feeling I am being misunderstood.
Obtaining information to fully understand how you are being perceived is hard for any individual to do. Often feedback in traditional 360 surveys is distorted, overly positive, and mostly unhelpful for the recipient.

- Customized questions for your specific developmental needs
- Up to eight interviews – used to spot trends, highlight strengths, minimize gaps
- Specific forward plan created with actionable goals and measurable results
Group Facilitation
Running a typical meeting isn’t hard. Designing and managing a meeting where you want to participate is tricky. Can it be done - yup. Do you want to do it all the time? Probably not.
We are experienced, focused on the results you want, understand group dynamics and are fearless in navigating challenging groups. No two meetings or approaches are the same.
